I'm tired of all these people hating on these legacy skins. If you don't remember what the game was like back when they were around, DON'T GET THEM. Quit complaining about it. They are not new, but rather old. Just a friendly reminder to see how far the game has really come. I personally enjoy them. I remember how great they were in their prime. Riot is doing quite a bit better with the new skins, but come on. If you expect perfection, look elsewhere.
