The visual upgrade hit already so I assume soon, it would be pointless on there part to keep them like they are now.
They probably won't do a remodel any time soon. But they probably will do a rework on the art.

Her regular attacks are normal Nidalee spears too. Blah.
Her Q is the same spear as the regular Nidalee skin, opposed to the Pharaoh skin where the Q spear is different.
Sion needs new visual as well as tristana needs new splash art.
