If you were going for a pirate themed LoL, I would suggest Bilgewater Katarina, not this one.
He has said this at-least 5 times, that is the max zoom on dominion with his resolution.

Well slay belle is good if you are trying make your LoL seem holiday-themed, but I would rather get this for a pirate-themed LoL.
