Blue dildos instead of blades
Is his tail any better with this skin? That's the main problem with his regular skin, it just flops around behind him and looks extremely dumb.

i dont get why people give eternum hate it is BY FAR the best noc skin no doubt all the effects the looks new voice and lines all new abillitie effects recall animation and everything best legendary skin by far and i am i proud owner of it the best legnedary skin and one off the few worth its price but this skin is nice too

Almost every skin, whether or not the effects changed, used to be 975 RP. I would rather pay that for a skin with effects than 975 RP for a skin like Tribal Ryze.

As a Modder I couldn't mainly because I personally suck at 3D Modeling and texturing for particles etc. Modder is too broad a term as there is different aspects as I deal with coding.
Frozen terror nocturne = Lissandra
Eternum. But halloween nocturne beats all of them.
