Shitty rito, they go all about the "Limited skin" bullshit and yet they re-release everything, CS Thresh was limited edition 2013, and the next worlds 2014 hes released again, same when they decide to release CS Riven in other servers.

Why they should make this skin avaiable? You cant get it in mistery gifts too, because its a symbol for summoners who played in Season 2. So it is a kind of "bonus" for those players, play LoL since this time.
