the portrait show cases a different dress then the in game model. so a bit misleading.
This is a skin that costs 975 rp. It does not change the particles as about every other 975 skin there is. Yeah, this is legacy, but if I pay 10 dollars for a skin, I expect some particles. This skin and many others are great examples on how riot over prices things for money, along with ward skins, ultimate/legendary skins, and many other legacy skins such as rain deer kogmaw and mistletoe Leblanc.
I got this skin from a 490 mystery box a few days ago. I like it, but it needs some added effects. Come on now Riot, stop counting your money for a lil bit and just change a few textures. Its not that hard.

This skin deserves particles.. its 975.. It would be super easy too. ornaments breaking and falling for make it rain.. red and green ult recolor, ect. Super simple but a huge difference.
