I said it before and I will say it again. Right now, this skin is pretty useless as you cannot clearly see when his shuriken is charged and it's essential for laning phase.

Wouldn't it be better to first visual upgrade the little rat, then give him the skin? His movments still look pretty out of date which also reduces the value of the skin. But aside that, the skin looks cool. I wonder how it could look like with a new kennen.
